Caramel Almond Chocolate Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mug Cake
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 C + 1 Tbl. flour
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 2 oz grape seed oil
  • 3oz milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla paste
  • Niagara Sea Salt Caramel Dark Chocolate Cups
  • Niagara Salted Almond Dark Chocolate Clusters
Caramel Almond Chocolate Mug Cake

Directions

  • STEP 1:

    Mist the inside of your mug with cooking spray to help keep the cake from sticking to the sides.
  • STEP 2:

    Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Gently whisk until combined.
  • STEP 3:

    Add the milk, oil and vanilla paste. Stir to fully incorporate.
  • STEP 4:

    Add to your mug and cook in the microwave
  • STEP 5:

    Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cake has cooked fully.
  • STEP 6:

    While microwaving, chop up Niagara Sea Salt Caramel Dark Chocolate Cups and Salted Almond Dark Chocolate Clusters
  • STEP 7:

    Garnish with Niagara Chocolate and enjoy!
