Almond Butter + PB Cups Rice Krispies

We’ve got an indulgent take on the classic rice crispy treat with this Almond Butter + PB Cups Rice Krispies Bar recipe made with our delicious PeanutButter Cups and Almond Butter Cups.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Cups crispy rice cereal
  • ½ Cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • ⅛  Tsp. salt
  • 10 oz. marshmallows
  • 1/2 Tsp. pure vanilla paste
  • 1 Bag Niagara Almond Butter Cups, cut into pieces
  • 1 Bag Niagara Peanut Butter Cups, cut into pieces
Almond Butter + PB Cups  Rice Krispies

Directions

  • STEP 1:

    Pan spray a 9 inch square baking pan.
  • STEP 2:

    Place the crispy rice cereal in a large bowl.
  • STEP 3:

    Melt peanut butter, butter and salt in saucepan over medium low heat.
  • STEP 4:

    Add marshmallows and constantly stir until marshmallows have completely melted.
  • STEP 5:

    Add vanilla paste and pour mixture over cereal and stir until coated.
  • STEP 6:

    Pour mixture into baking pan and lightly press until even.
  • STEP 7:

    Add cut pieces of Niagara Almond Butter and Peanut Butter Cups and cool at room temperature until set.
  • STEP 8:

    Cut into squares and enjoy!
