Soft, sticky and sweet, with a smooth caramel drizzle and chunks of Niagara Sea Salt Caramel Cups sprinkled on top—these Caramel Buns are the perfect way to welcome in the holiday mornings.


Makes 6 buns

  • 1 Each cinnamon roll (homemade or your favorite tube brand) 
  • ½ Cup caramel sauce
  • 1 Bag Niagara Sea Salt Caramel Cups, cut in pieces.
Caramel  Buns


  • STEP 1:

    Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • STEP 2:

    Lightly grease casserole pan with cooking spray.
  • STEP 3:

    Place rolls 1 inch apart in pan.
  • STEP 4:

    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • STEP 5:

    Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly; 10 minutes.
  • STEP 6:

    Spread caramel sauce over the buns and cover in Niagara Sea Salt Caramel Cup pieces.
  • STEP 7:

    Plate and enjoy!
